Please raise any concerns with our Partners at admin@pradem.com.au. We will acknowledge your email within three business days, investigate (by someone not involved in the matter where possible) and aim to provide a written outcome within 14 days.
If you remain dissatisfied you may lodge a complaint with the TPB via its online form: https://www.tpb.gov.au/complaints. The TPB will confirm receipt and explain its process.
Our obligations under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and the Code of Professional Conduct include acting lawfully and in your best interests, providing competent and timely services, managing conflicts of interest, maintaining confidentiality, and taking reasonable care that the taxation laws are complied with.
You also have obligations under the taxation laws and to your Tax Agent. These include providing complete and accurate information in a timely manner, keeping records required by tax law, advising us of any material changes, and reviewing documents we prepare before lodgement. None. We confirm that, from 1 July 2022 to the date of this statement, Pradem Accountants and Business Advisors are not aware of any matters that could significnatly influence your decision to engage us (or continue to engage us) for a Tax Agent Service.

This statement is true and correct on the effective date shown. We will amend it within 30 days of becoming aware of any change that is relevant under section 45.
